Our Story
Your Trusted Guides
For many older adults, deciding whether to stay or move is one of life’s biggest turning points. Margaret Jackson helps make that choice clearer.
Margaret is a Senior Housing Guide with a unique blend of experience helping older adults make confident choices about where – and how – to live next.
Drawing on over 25 years in senior care and home safety evaluation, coming from a career as a Licensed Occupational Therapist, she supports clients in weighing whether staying in their current home or moving makes the most sense – practically, financially, and emotionally.

Our Approach
Decision Making Made Easier
Over the years, Margaret has helped many families assess their homes for aging-in-place readiness- from identifying fall risks, cognitive risks, and safety improvements, to connecting them with trusted local resources and guiding next steps if a move becomes the safer option.
As a licensed real estate professional and a separately licensed loan officer, Margaret offers guidance on both sides of the equation. When appropriate, she helps clients understand options like reverse mortgages to fund safe modifications and support aging in place.
If selling is the better path, she brings dedicated real estate expertise and fiduciary care to guide that transition.
Her mission is simple: to help older homeowners and their families navigate staying safely at home, rightsizing, or moving forward – on their terms, not someone else’s.
We believe in clear, conflict-free advice every step of the way.
Note: For full transparency and compliance, Margaret never acts as both a real estate agent and loan officer in the same transaction .
